On 14th April
Videocon D2h engineer came at my relocated house in Gurgaon for dish re-installation upon my request raised with
Videocon D2h. He installed the dish and took Rs.500 cash as relocation charges and went away. Engineer forgot to credit amount in my customer id[protected] which he confirmed on 21st April when I called him. On 18th April my dish account balance becomes zero and services stopped suddenly. Immediately I recharged my account with Rs.200 but balance not gets updated, and services did not resume. Since 18th April till date 23rd April I have called
Videocon customer care multiple times on daily basis to resolve my problem but every time they told me to wait for 24 hours but despite that they have not resumed my dish services. I called their engineer on 21st April over this issue and he confirmed that company has charged two times relocation charges by mistake and he was also forgot to credit amount on his service day and he will credit amount immediately. But engineer had credit Rs.335 in my other dish account[protected]. Again I called engineer to confirm amount credit status and he told that by mistake he has credit amount in my other dish account and now I have to deal with customer care to shift that amount in my relocated dish account i.e[protected].
Initially customer care didn’t register my complaint and told me that services will be resumed shortly. My complaint references no. lodged with
Videocon customer care are:

[protected] dated 21/04/19
[protected] dated 22/04/19
Now there are three complaints:
1.
Videocon d2h has charged two times relocation charges over my account[protected], which is wrong.
2.
Videocon engineer has credit Rs.335 (however I had paid Rs.500) in my other dish account[protected], which I am not using since a long time.
3.
Videocon customer care failed to resolve problem and daily they are harassing me by giving 24-hour time to resolve issue, but there is no change in the scene.
