My secondary videocon set to box attached to my customer id 98958713 in the name of ravneet sohpal is not working since long time. I am complaining videocon customer care no [protected] since last one week but each time i made call they replied system not working but my recharge amount is going in vain. Service provider is not serious in handling consumer complaints
