Customer id :[protected] I am unable to select pack as per trai order, no customer support providing in videocon dth, all customer care number of videocon dth always busy, no one can answer my call and also unable to select and login at videocon dth phone appliaction and on website. Videocon dth not providing colors pack on the platform. My amount was deduted unusedfull channel are running in my dth. Was this information helpful? | |||

Videocon d2h is not allowing us to select mera wala pack I request for mera wala pack in December it self but now in February 2 in there web site after selecting my pack at last Videocon suggest there own pack to recharge and there customer care are not responding us in good way they are telling us call back us after 2 hours from past 24 hrs
