Videocon dth settop box not processing up to 100% and hang to go beyond 55%. No resolution from vidocon after complaining many times but no response. I want to return this useless set top box n want refund of my money. I complaint to dth customer care but they demand 200 for service engineer n other defective parts money extra. This happened with me 2 times already but no resolution Was this information helpful? | |||

Tatasky is not providing tariff a per Trai new rules, when we are calling to tatasky customer care they are answering Trai had extended timelines. Please try to help and Trai has to involve I this and try to sort this problem as soon as possible.
