Trai — vodafone luring customers by wrong plan | |||
Hi sir, I got message regarding to port to vodafone from airtel at very cheaper plan offered i. E 199/-. For which their team visited to take my proof & also took 100/- rs saying it will be adjusted in first month bill. When i joined vodafone community i found there is no such plan of 199/- & that commitment provided on call is fake when i complaint to vodafone customer care they too didn't listen to me & they imposed me a bill of 300+ and said you can't port to other operator till three months. I was faced problem on my bsnl no [protected]. So decided to port out other service provider.But till today several time i send portability massege, but they refuse repeatedly. So many time. Faced too much problem. Pls do the same. docket no 1G18312615
