Trai — Vodafone porting out request - they not responding properly

I had requested for porting out on 6th day of july & submited to other service provider by next day. However, since then i was receiving regular calls from vodafone for retain in vodafone postpaid. I had denied to stay. Today morning they had just send me text masg your request is rejected. They didnt confirm on what ground. Pls support
