Trai — voice not clearly listen of tata docomo

I have tata docomo sim. Last 3-4 months there is problem occurred in outcoming and incoming call that when i have dialled or received any incoming call then voice not clearly listen. I have also raised complaint 3-4 times in tata docomo but till problem not solved. My number is [protected]. Another i have idea sim but there is not such a problem ocurred. So please do necessary action.
