Trai — Wrong data charges taken by Vodafone | |||||
Dear sir I am pallav prem mob no [protected]. My complain is if my data offer completed then why not sent notification msg sent by vodafone. And also i checked on this *111*5*1# no dated 30th and 31st may data balance showing 14 mb. Now i am looking my bill data charges also add. It means vodafone is cheating with customer. I talked with vodafone executive and also i mailed but they are not ready to rectify my bill. Sir galti to vodafone wale ke taraf se hua hai data balance show kar raha tha tavi to data use kiye nai to kya jarurat tha paisa laga ke use karne ka. Pls look this seriously.
