Trai — wrong information about the package in mobile app and misspelling

My first base plan expiry date was 2nd Dec19 so i was able to add add-on channels without spending much price like Base existing base plan with expiry date up to 31st dec19. but my base plan was auto renewed automatically with my wallet balance and it is expiring 2nd dec19.problem is tomorrow onwards that add-on channels will not continue they informed by customer care.
So my recharge amount done on 1st dec2019 for add-on channels should be refunded. Because there is no information like, after 2nd dec19 add-on channels will work without base plan. So total false and misselling through website and mobile app by Sundirect

Total wrong information about the plans and customer care executives also irresponsible and closing the calls when asking about the same while speaking
