Travalook — Flight cancellation refund claim

I had a Spicejet flight on 20th July 2021 from Chennai to Jammu via Delhi on travalook website. PNR for the booking was MBFF6J and the booking reference number was REF[protected]. Prior to 2 days for departure, I had received an SMS that the flight was rescheduled. Later, the flight was rescheduled again and at last, it was cancelled. The time gap between my flight timings and those messages was very less. I got a lot of mental stress due to this. I had received a message that I will receive my refund money within 7-14 working days, but it's been nearly 6 months and I still did not receive money. I had mailed them repeatedly, at first they claimed that they didn't receive money from the airlines, so I mailed to Spicejet.
Spicejet had replied that they initiated the refund on 21st July. After, that I had mailed travalook multiple times and also called their customer care multiple times, but every time they are replying the same that my money refund was not initiated previously and they are initiating, so I would receive the money within 7-14 working days. So, I request to get my refund money back and also I request a penalty for the late refund along with a penalty for my mental torture.
