Travalook — Flight tickets got canceled but didnt receive the refund.

I booked 2 flight tickets with travalook which got cancelled after the money was debited saying the that airline has increased the price. I then received a call saying that the money will be refunded within 7-10 days . I have been repeatedly calling the customer care and enquiring about it since the last one month and till now I haven’t received my refund.
