With great sadness I am writing to let you know that company named NTP TOURISM AFFAIRS LTD is not refunding my money for 2012 Kailash Mansarovar Yatra not conducted by them due to heavy snowing in the Kailash region.
I paid INR 80,000/- for 2012 Kailash Mansarovar Yatra to NTP TOURISM AFFAIRS LTD in the month of Sep’ 12. The company promised me refund of my money on 18/09/2012 but more than 4 months has passed by but I haven’t received my refund yet.


I have send numerous email & made many phone calls from Dubai (Sir I am NRI working in Dubai).
Now a days my phone calls & emails are not being answered.
I contacted the chairman of this company Mr Hemant Kumar to get my refund. He promised me his intervention in getting my refund on 26/11/2012 but there after I did not get any response from his side.
I paid this money based on their online advertisement for this holy yatra.
