Travel Guru — Fake booking and confirmatory email

I booked Zo JH E18teen hotel proof of which is attached. When I went to Zo JH E18teen hotel the hotel authorities said they don't have with this booking ID. Its very unproffessional on your part. Kindly refund amount to my bank account directly. All details are available in the photo proof attached.
