Travel Guru — Fraud booking of hotel | |||||
Date of incident : 27th May 2016 Client Number : +[protected] Booking Id : TGU[protected] We booked 'Banasura Island Retreat' at Wayanad via Travel Guru for which payment was deducted and confirmation mail was received from Travel Guru. When contacted the hotel, it was brought to our notice that no such booking has been made in the hotel and that same hotel does not even have any rooms available. When we requested Travel Guru helpdesk to book another hotel, they bluntly refused and clarified that reimbursement will be made within 7 days. Desirable Resolution : Refund should be certainly made within 2 days and work on this unethical work culture. If not done so, we will file a case for cheating and fraudulence against the company.
