Travel Guru — Is a fraud and cheating the customers

dont book through the travel guru and he is a fraud and i booked one hotel through travel guru the hotel is not even best than care of platform. we struggled lot and the travel guru is earning money by cheating from good customers.

dont ever buy through travel guru. he has charged me five star hotel price which is not at all the hotel is good and i was requesting for my refund and they denied to refund it.
