Travel Guru — Non availability of rooms even after payment and booking confirmation | |||||
Please note based on availability of rooms at Gir Lion's Paw Resort during 25th 27th Dec'15, I booked our accommodation through Travelguru on 9th Dec'15. I paid the entire amount of Rs 11, 857/- and got the confirmation vide Travelguru Booking ID TGU[protected]. Very surprisingly, when I contacted the resort next day for confirmation of the booking, they indicated that there is no availability of rooms during that period and therefore they can not arrange my accommodation. Further, they mentioned they don't have any mails/confirmation from Travelguru regarding the booking. Immediately, when I reported the fact to Travelguru, they indicated that hotel is not agreeing to provide such accommodation for that period. Please note that I am extremely getting harassed even though I have paid the amount and having the booking confirmation. Travelguru is such a careless website they not only cheat people by making false information in their website but also never bothered to call and inform to take care of the customer.
