We made a booking at Pune for Two nights. I mentioned to the Travelguru representative, Deepak ([protected]) that we will reach Pune early in the morning, though the checkin time for all the hotels is at 12:00 PM. Deepak said that it is fine and I can request the Hotel (Rajmandir, Somwarpet) authorities for an early check in. When I called the Hotel, the owner (Rajesh) talked very adamantly and asked me to cancel the booking after the payment was made. I had to make a half day payment after reaching the place. Deepak also gave us a false information that we have complimentary breakfast. To our surprise, the hotel looks like a lodge and you will not get even a cup of tea. I don't recommend anybody to use travelguru services.
