I have booked tickets for Pondicherry for 2 nights, on there website they clearly mention zero cancellation charges, and when I cancelled 14 days before journey they charged 1450 out of 3000, never go for this website When I called customer care they saying that we mentioned that on confirmation email, yes they confirmed that but after taking payment My suggestion, spend little bit more and live tension free life
