[Resolved] Travel Triangle — agent not giving proper information

We have booking in travel triangle for greece dates 4th may to 10th may.!
We already asking your travel agent miss shalini jamval from gurguon.!
Now she leave the job and not attending our calls.!
After that we get one mail like this that you are not giving payment on time so we release booking.!
Either she is not giving proper itinary.!
We already pay our first installment to your company
And after that we not get proper information about everything.!
So please reply as soon as possible.!
