[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — Refund Not Processed INR 15,000 by Rohit Jaiswal

Dear Sir or Madam, This is a very serious issue and many of travel agents has been looted by this company and Specially Rohit who is a Business Manager at Travel Triangle. This issue starts like this. Rohit had called our company for promoting his product on Travel Triangle Platform for Travel Agents. He started asking for Money INR 35, 000 immediately to register for his company for Travel Leads and Enquiries. We tried to ask him many questions about the details but still he was not answering properly. Since Rohit understood that we are not ready to pay INR 35, 000 in One Payment - he offered us 2 installments of INR 15, 000 and INR 20, 000. But still we asked him to show us the Dashboard of the Travel Agent platform and he never showed us the DEMO. Rohit told us that, once we pay INR 15, 000, I will get to see their Dashboard and he made false promises. So to that extent, he sent us the Bank details for payment of INR 15, 000 for 1st Installment and he did not inform me about that INR 15, 000 will be Non-Refundable. But he mentioned that on E-mail. When we asked Rohit on a call verbally that "why have you mentioned about INR 35, 000 as Non-Refundable", he said it is Company Policy and if we do not like the system then he will Refund back INR 15, 000. He asked me for Email confirmation but we hesitated already.

Still he started to explain me to make the Payment of INR 15, 000 which was mentioned as Non-Refundable on email but Rohit agreed to Refund if we do not like the system. Therefore, we paid INR 15, 000 as a trust of his verbal commitment. After Paying INR 15, 000 to Travel Triangle Bank account, Rohit started talking Loud and Rude to us. He did not even explain us properly and immediately the next week he emailed us threatening to pay INR 20, 000. (attached is the Proof).

Now, what happened is - we told Rohit that "you had agreed to refund me the INR 15, 000 if we do not like the system and why are you asking for INR 20, 000" To that note, we tried to contact Rohit multiple times on Whatsapp and Email but Rohit never replied back. We connected with ALOK (+91-[protected]) to ask Rohit to reply. Then Alok spoke to Rohit and gave me in writing that Rohit will Refund INR 15, 000 Next week. But after 1 Week, we kept following up with Alok and Rohit - No One Replied. (Proof attached). Later after 2 weeks, when Alok and Rohit stopped replying to emails and Whatsapp messages, we connected with Yashika who also informed Rohit to Reply us, but still Rohit never replies us for Refund. We also complained to Rohit's Boss Apoorva Jain but even she never Replied to our emails. After 2-3 Weeks on 7th September, Rohit emailed us that HE WILL REFUND THE MONEY IN THE SAME WEEK, but until today there is NO REFUND received. After 3 weeks, Rohit sent a message on Whatsapp that the amount is Non-Refundable.

Now we have been trying to contact everyone in Travel Triangle but Rohit has told everyone Not to Reply to our Messages OR emails so No One in the Company is Replying to us. Even when INR 15, 000 was written as Non Refundable, Rohit and Alok both committed that they will Refund the Money INR 15, 000 because they know they are at fault. But again, they are not replying and not giving us any reply to emails. Rohit has fooled us and manipulating his team to not Reply us. I have the PROOF of his commitment for Refund as per his email and Whatsapp Chat. Please help us. We are a genuine client and we are Looted by Rohit and his Team. Apoorva Jain is also really a Biggest Politics Person, that she never replied to email at all. We really need our Money back INR 15, 000. They will tell you that the money was mentioned earlier as Non-Refundable but then why did Rohit and Alok commit that refund will be processed because they know they are fault and they had committed before saying "Sir aap tension mat lo, even if woh non-refundable likha hai", I will refund the amount to you if you do not want to continue. So we told Rohit, we do not want to continue and now they are not refunding our INR 15, 000 back. If it was explained earlier as Non-Refundable, then Rohit and Alok would not commit on Whatsapp and Email about Refunding our money. Rohit is a Fraud and Alok is supporting him. Apoorva Jain is the Biggest Manipulative Person in Travel Triangle who is the Manager of all but she is helping everyone with all this looting of money. Rohit also asked for our Bank Details in his email on 7th September and we also shared our Bank Details for Refund of INR 15, 000 but our Money Not Refunded.

It is very clear that if the amount of INR 15, 000 was explained as Non-Refundable from the start, then Rohit and Alok would never commit on the Refund. But they have committed on the Refund because Rohit knows his fault of committing that he will refund the money if we do not like to continue. Hence, he committed.

Even Yashika Grover tried to help us by connecting to Rohit, but Rohit told her not to Reply. Yashika is a nice female but Rohit and Alok are Looters AND Frauds.
