Travel Triangle — Awful Travel Experience

We did our first trip with travel triangle intending it is supposed to be full of delightful memories.
Initially the representative Ms. Ritu madam spoke and also coordinated with us in watsapp very nicely and she even mentioned that "are aap to Ghar jaise ho gaye ho"
She just booked our hotel and gave us an attractive quote with lots of discount vouchers in
Indian summer shack
Floating restaurant
Some vouchers in water sports
Etc etc
Now the real face of travel triangle is unmasked
Not a single message or communication from Ms. Ritu madam or her TT co. ( # Ghar jaisa)
Once we landed in goa we were given coordinates of a local coordinator (Mr.Anurag)
This also we got with our follow up with travel triangle
Mr. Anurag who has no face as in 6 days stay at GOA and he didn't bother to meet us once which was earlier promised to.
And all the vouchers alloted to us are FAKE not a single could be availed as they were all fake
Floating restaurant closed,
Water sports we paid 1700 per pax where as other travellers paid 1500 per pax, we learnt in cruise from them
Indian summer shack could be located in the beach.
The rooms in Riva resorts were pathetic
It has snakes, rats, big spiders and in 6 days we had to change 2 rooms .we informed the same to travel triangle Ms Ritu - ritutripstring (# Ghar jaisa)
But she didn't bother to find out our well being till date
We travelled with a toddler
We spent alot of our hard earned money with just a trust on the travel agency to have or bestow us with a better experience and time.
But it's so sad this service industry is also making money out of human emotions and no value for their commitment. We have travelled with other travel agencies earlier however never have had such pathetic experience. Really Sad.
