Travel Triangle — Based on itinerary, they have not fulfilled

My name is Pradeep, I have recently travelled to Bangkok, and based on my itenary they have not provided the tour as per itenary,
Instead I have to pay extra to complete my tour.

One moment i have to accepted everything to come out from there as I am afraid that i would stuck there if I argue a lot.
