[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — booking id 1822939

This is state that i have booked an honeymoon package for 26 nov 2017 to 02 dec 2017

And my bookind is 1822939 through tt via travel partner da ocean world (Mr tanmay mallick).

I have already paid an amount of rs 10500 on 12 aug 2017 and rs 24400 on 18 aug 2017 that is total of rs 34900/-.

My marriage was fixed on 21 nov 2017 but it has been postponed due to demise of my would be father in law. It is a very tragic momment
In my life when i m totally shaken.

I have already informed mr tanmay mallick (Da ocean world - owner) and your employee saurabh ahuja ([protected])
Before one month time that is before 26 - nov-2017 over the telephonic conversation and the
On the call i was promised that the things will be managed and they willlet me know soon.

But i never received any update and when i tried contacting tt and da ocean world but they were not picking my calls.

After not receiving any update from da ocean world owner and tt employee saurabh ahuja i finally droppped a mail on
01- nov -2017 to tt and da ocean world and again i kept contacting tt but i always received an reply from tt employee
Saurabh that we are mailed it and once we received anything i will let u know but for past 13 days i didnot received any update.
And i was regular touch with mr tanmay mallick owner of ocean world and he sometimes says i m outside and some times my office is under
Renevation and some times i dont have electricity

Now after my constant follow i finally receive a message from da ocean world that out of rs 34900 you will get only rs 4000/-
As refund and when i asked that why this is so than i got reply from tt employee that and your travel partner tanmay mallick
That you have dropped a mail us on 01 nov 2017 hence as per policy we could not do anything it is treated as cancellations before
15 days hence this what you will get and do what you can you cant get more than rs 4000/-.

I m in state of shock how a company can book the package over the call but can't cancel it that when the customer was promised over the call
And the tt was not bothered about the customer nor the travel partner. The owner has booked the plan over the call i have recording of the same.

I asked saurabh ahuja that i mailed you on 01- nov 2017 and you took 13 days to process it and you dont have any tat of mails,
I m getting a reply from him that delay has been on the end of travel partner but i asked him than why you are charging conveneince fee if
You are not able to help me nor suitably inform me and provide me with options.

After that saurabh tt employee has stopped picking the calls and now some mr laxman now picks up the call.

I have all the call records that clearly that i have informed tt and da ocean world before one month time and i was
Promised to arrange something and the date of 30 days advance was willfully avoided by tt and ocean world to eat my advance.

The 30 days advance notice over the call has been verified by mr laxman (Your so called refund department person)
He doesnot know how to talk to a customer and he has admiited to the fact that yes the tt and ocean world was informed one month before.
When i asked please send me the escalation matrirx he said we dont have that and what's that.
(I have all the call records to prove my point).

I m very disheartned by the service given to my tt and da ocean world... How a company can dupe the customer money even after informing
One month in advance and mr tanmay mallick advised me to book directly the package from him instead of going through tt.
But i was referred by one of my close friend i insisted that i will book the package through tt only and see today i m getting the
Reward of booking the package.

It is a thank less company and has thank less associates,
Now i request you to please intervene and process my full refund othwerise i m forced to take legal actions against
Tt and da ocean world and i will inform ministry of tourism and will request them to please
Take appropraite actions against tt and it employees and the associates with it like da ocean world and they are running a scam of duping the customer money.

Tt employees are worst employees of any company they need training and they are here to protect the customer interest not travel partners that too when the travel partners
Are tranishing the image of tt.

I hope that some help and some resolution will be provided to me.
