We made our honeymoon package for maldives booked on 20th dec 2018 and were promised the vouchers within 3 days, but on 15th of jan we got a reply that the property is not available because the agent failed to make the booking and even after rigorous follow ups we have not got any other option for our stay from tt yet. We already have our flights booked and have no option of stay. I somehow managed bto reach the higher authorities at tt and tried raising the complaint but nothing is happening. Even the small travel agencies these days if fail to provide the promised property somehow manage and compensate their customers by giving a upgraded property but tt is just not concerned and this last moment ditching is so frustrating, who is gonna bear the loss of the flight bookings. This is a case of fraud, i have chats and emails where the agent and tt team has assured that they already have the vouchers with them basis which we made the other bookings also for the trip.
