Issue number 1: - with reference to the current covid-19 issue, we wanted to cancel our india to bali tour that was going to happen on 26th apr 2020. Agent was of the opinion that cancellation is from customer side and not from tour organizer side hence they are charging heavy cancellation charges.

Issue number 2:- without reaching out to the hotel in bali, they were charging me with full accommodation amount. But when i contacted hotel in bali, they also confirmed that they are not operational from 1st apr 2020 and i can contact directly with my travel agent for full refund.

Issue number 3:- now in spite of no tour happening, agent is still deducting cancellation charges. And asked me to provide my account details where refund can be credited. This communication was held on 07th apr 2020 that refund will be credited within a month to the account which i provided.

Issue number 4:-out of curiosity, when i tried following up with tt on 01st may 2020, on 04th may 2020 they told me that they have received credit note from package provider that can be used until 30th june 2021.

Issue number 5:- in spite of clearing telling them that i don’t want to now go with them even in future they are holding my money and still pushing me to avail their service in near future.

Hello Aditi,

I have already shared my account details with Travel Triangle and their Service Provider ‘Journey Routers’

So far I have made payment INR 52, 000 and have received ZERO service from above both.

As per the commitment I received on 07th Apr 2020, my account should be credited back on or before 06th May 2020
