We have written to [protected]@traveltriangle.com to look into our issue about a week back. Received a auto response saying customer support will get in touch but so far no calls or response for my mail and reminders.
Travel Triangle and their Agent Turn On Vacations cancelled out trip in the middle saying non-payment of amount. This was a 10-day family trip to Himachal. We had paid 50% in advance (rs 59k)and were to pay remaining 50% on first day of our travel. But their services were so bad that we were made to wait for can for more than 3 hours and 2* hotel accommodation in the first halt. It was agreed that we pay Rs 25000 and rest during the course of the trip depending on the quality of services we receive. However they failed to provide proper links to make the payment and when I could not pay through the link they abruptly cancelled without prior information and asked the Hotel to collect Rs 52k. They further cancelled the whole trip(on 5th day f 10day trip) and I had to arrange on my own from my pocket. Just because I complained about their bad services.
This complaint is to expect the least, a response from their custoemr care. Hope they send a response first before compensating for our my agony. Was this information helpful? |
