We have planned a trip to Kerala on 23rd sept and we have paid 75% of the amount of the quote for the booking we made.
We like to cancel the trip not because of our personal reasons but only due to the outbreak of terrible Nipah virus as we couldn’t risk our lives looking on the rise of cases.
Although the government didn’t declared any restrictions we can’t dare and risk our lives as we are travelling with my 1 year old infant
When we looked the travel triangle cancellation policy it’s completely differs from the travel agent (vendor) through whom we booked our trip.
If vendor won’t work under the policy or guide lines of main parent what’s the point of booking through this travel triangle.
As the cancellation is due to outbreak of virus which is not our personal reason we would like to get the amount which we paid. Was this information helpful? |
