Travel Triangle — complaining about my booking (booking id : 7171886)

I had booked kerala trip from travel triangle in april, which is affected due to covid -19. So i had requested to cancel my booking. Initially aarti parsad was my trip manager, after my request, she started not picking my call. Then ms simran kaur came, in mail chain but she is not also picking my calls and even not reverting my emails. They are changing their word and policy on day by day. Please look into my issue.
This is not the acceptable thing from travel triangle. Even flights are also refunding. Why you guys are deducting half amount as cancellation charges.
