[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — Complaining about my booking

Hi

I have booked 1 honeymoon trip on jan 17th 2020 for thailand but because of some medical emergency at my family i have rescheduled it for 15th march 2020 and for that i have paid 20k extra as rescheduling charges (A part from package cost), but now this time because of corona situation government banned all the international flights and due to that we have to cancel our trip and since march i am chasing travel agency for refunding my money but i am not getting any satisfactory answer or not getting my money.
