Travel Triangle — Complaint for our trip to kashmir | |
Booking/Trip ID 7907567 My booking with Cesta Journey was from 27 March 21 till 2 April 21. Due to some maintainance work Srinagar-Jammu Highway remains close on friday but this information was not provided to us which the travel agaent was very well aware and suddently during the middle of the trip asked us to leave for jammu on thursday. For Jammu Stay we paid extra although out booking with Cesta was till Friday for which they didnt took the responsibility. The person who was in contact with us(Mr. Ankur) was very sweet at the time of negotiation/booking but became rude when we raised issue which we were facing. we were to pay the rest of the booking amount on 27th March 21 but as we were travelling and due to network issue we were not able to make payments and same we informed to Mr. Ankur but he threatened us, he was very very rude with my husband. we book trips through travel agent so that we can have a pleasant trip but this trip was totally spoiled due to such irresponsible and rude behavior of travel agent although the local person there and our cab driver was helpful and polite.but the agent from delhi(Mr. Ankur) was not upto mark. i need the refund of extra amount which i paid at jammu hotel(Swastik Hotel) and also the refund of 1 day trip which was local sight seeing at srinagar as per itienery, which didnt happened due to bad management of Cesta Journey Private Ltd.
