We had booked a Euro Trip (Booking ID[protected] with travel triangle for four of our family members paying an advance of 3, 83, 500 from May 15th to 30th 2020. However due to Covid 19 the flights were not operational and the trip did not happen.
Travel Triangle/Hub holiday are claiming a cancellation charge of nearly 3, 30, 000 and offering a refund of only ~50, 000. This cancellation fee is not valid as the trip itself was cancelled and it was not us who had cancelled the trip. We have proof from airline confirming they have refunded the entire amount to Hub Holidays.
Kindly look at this at the earliest and have it resolved.
