Travel Triangle — flight and land package not refunded by company after cancellation charges

My booking I'd is 7084259.
I have booked on 5 Feb and cancellation has been done on 13 March.. still I don't receive my amount.

While callimg Customer care it's connected for first time afterwords it's saying number is invalid.can you please resolve my query. I am very frustrated now. You guys are cheating with customers. Please do needful

Please find refundable amount screen shots below. As there are no charges deducted from vendor and 12k has been deducted for flight cancellation.
Below are respective details.
I have attached images of cancellation charges and below is respective details for same.
Amount Paid:-
36, 450/- + Convenience Fee ( Non-refundable)

Agent Cancellation:-

Travel Triangle's Cancellation:-
500/- Per Person
500*2= 1000/-

Flight Cancellation:-
6000/- Per PNR
6000*2=12000/-

Total Cancellation:-
12000+1000
=13000/-

Total refundable

Your flight team is not responding with flight refundable amount.. I have receive land package yet won't received flight refund from your team. I have already attached PDF which include total amount after flight cancellation charges. Same receipt I have attached in above messages of this request. Can you please do needful as it almost 4 months I didn't get my flight amount refunded after cancellation which is approximately 13450/-Rs . Please do needful.

I am really frustrated now. Is this any kind of joke going on. After providing all details with respect to flight cancellation yet I am not received any flight refund.
This is very worst experience I have with travel triangle. You guys not responding nor even getting my flight amount back.
Please do needful and return me flight amount refunded asap.
4 months already gone after cancellation is done for flights. I have already attached refund receipt in this request. Can you please verify and do needful.

Hi Team are you guys doing fraud to customer. I was in touch with concern person Meenakshi from tt to get my flight amount refund. As per refund policy it should be 13200/- but they are providing me amount 12300/- at the end I was agreed to amount. Right now concerned person Meenakshi and Abuzar both are said they left organization. Your email IDs not reachable. Mail delivery fails. This is fraud company I have ever seen. I just wanted my money back. Else I will raised a fraud complaint for your organization. Customers care no is also not reachable. These is not acceptable at all. I want my money back . Almost 5 months I was follow up for my money. U guys not even looking into it ..
