My booking trip id is 2288920
This is regarding my two major concerns based on our experience during our thailand itinerary on which i need immediate action. All this is already communicated to the travel agent and travel triangle team right after our trip on 9th march and now its almost more than 2 weeks but there doesn't seems to be any progress.
1. Flight blunder - my mumbai to bangkok return flight tickets for 2 adults was booked for thai airways by the travel agent & as per the the quotations and the invoicing it cost us 49010/-. We were getting indigo flights at a much lower rate however we wished to travel via much better airlines hence we decided to spend much extra money and opted for thai airways after discussing our requirement with the agent. Now to our utter disappointment and shock, when we reached the airport on the date of journey we were given boarding passes for thai smile (*this flight was of comparatively very low quality, economical and smaller than thai airways). On complete inquiry we came to know that on this route only thai smile operates and not thai airways so why the travel agent booked this flight when we have precisely described our requirement and why were we charged heftly when its available at cheaper rates. I have contacted multiple times to the tripdost travel agent bishti as well as travel triangle team but i have not yet received any resolution till date.
2. Krabi jungle tour cancellation by tour operator - this sightseeing tour was planned on our 3rd day at krabi but they replaced it with the 2nd day tour because the tour contact person in thailand has forgotten our pick up of 2nd day tour. As discussed with the contact person, she said that jungle tour chanrges will be refunded immediately. I don't know then why this refund is still pending, every time i am asking the tripdost travel agent they are saying refund is in process, may i know how long does it take to transfer the money in this age of technology and what type of customer service is this?
My overall experience of booking with travel triangle is really very disappointing, even after including them in every email communication regarding my concerns till date i haven't received any response from them directly, i can say travel triangle has nothing called as customer service after you have paid the complete booking amount, no value of its customers requirements, no customer relationship ethics & no integrity
Kindly provide me the details about the refund amount which will be credited to my account and process the refund at an earliest! Was this information helpful? |
