Hi AGA Holidays/ Travel Triangle,
This is in regard to the trip cancellation. I have asked for the initiation of booking on 21st Febrauary and paid booking amount of 10, 900. On 22nd feb i requested for cancellation as i would not be able to go on trip due to some reasons. May i highlight i have not received holiday voucher till now as well.
As per travel triangle policy[protected]rs to be deducted as a cancellation fee, but you have forfeited entire amount as cancellation. Now company say its mentioned in invoice, should i not be informed of it before invoice is generated? I was not aware of this and no one has even communicated this to me.
Charging an entire booking amount for cancellation that too cancellation made within 24hours is absurd and not acceptable.
