[Resolved] Travel Triangle — fraud agents/ cancellation policy not visible | |||||
I have booked travel for manali from travel triangle, they booked hotel and bus for me only. Due to some medical issue, i have to cancel the plan. But they are deducting 100% of the trip amount. However i have informed 12 days prior to trip. Both travel triangle and agents are supporting each other not customer. The hotel they booked for me is sahima mareema cottage, they have 100% refund policy if informed 10 days prior to travel. Also bus have cancellation policy. How come a person pay 23900 for the travel they have not done. If you have any such policy you have to confirm before payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
