Travel Triangle — Getting mentally harassed by Travel triangle and its partner AGA holidays

I have a booking for mauritius from 29th April 2023 to 5th may 2023.
Booking ID : 10238634.
Somehow resort is not operational in that duration and our travel partner did not check that. Our bookings were confirmed till day before yesterday and then we got to know that we don't have any stay booked.
from last 2 days we are following up and the travel partner AGA holidays doesn't respond properly and when he does, it's just that he is checking any other available option.
Travel triangle customer care luckily got connected once out of several attempts and the guy said that I'll get a callback within an hour. Still waiting for that.

Basically they have taken out money and now no-one is responding. We don't have a place to stay, no discussion on Alternate arrangement, no discussion on refunds.
As a customer I am terribly frustrated.
5 lakh INR are at stake and travel triangle doesn't care at all despite dropping them a mail too.
They don't public their escalation matrix as well
Please get our issue resolved.
