[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — harassment by travel agent

Although my trip was booked 3 months before the travel and full payment was made, the agent delayed the Visa till the last moment because of some payment issue between travel triangle and the agent.Screenshot of mail from agent is attached .I got the visas at last moment, even after multiple calls to Travel Triangle Team and Agent.
Also my itinerary was changed at the last moment, without any prior information.
No transportation was provided to Dubai Mall on the day of Burj Khalifa visit.
For my desert safari the Cab was supposed to pick us up by 3 pm but the cab picked us up at 4:45pm that too after repeated follow up with the travel agent contact person, due to this 1hr 45 min delay we were not able to complete desert safari activities.
As per our itinerary we were to be provided Marina dhow cruise, But at the last moment it was changed to creek dhow cruise which was below standard. When we contacted the Travel agent contact person in Dubai he simply said sorry.
When the issues are informed to the Travel agent he replied that issues are because of payment issues from travel Triangle side .
Travel triangle team is saying the agent is no longer on their list so he is not listening to the issues.
In view of all the issues faced by me due to dispute between Travel agent & Travel Triangle team please refund me for the services not offered to me .
