Hi,

I am writting this to registered complain against your travel agent Back to travel. Below are points

1. Hotel Amuse vista: For day 1 and day 2 I booked room with bath tube. I got room but there were no hot water on first day and no water on 2nd day . So I did not able to use bath tub.
2. Because there were no water on 2nd day I did not able to leave hotel on time resulting delay in check in for day 3 in hotel grand tekkedy. My hole day wasted over there. I missed many activities like, gavi jungle suffering which was pre booked for 8000 ruppe.
3. In packege I have booked grand tekkedy for two days but they provided only one day in grand tekkedy and shifted me in low cost hotel on day 4th which was very poor in service as well room were without balcony.
4. On day 5 I booked house boat stay in Alleppey but again to save the cost and last movement changes done by back to travel agent and provided me house boat on different location which was very cheap.
5. Also I booked AC cab but for 4 days ac was not working in cab.

All these complaints are raised to travel agent but he refused to ans by query and started shouting nd blaming me.

I request you to take strict action against this agent and refund me my amount which is looted by these fraud people.
