[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — No Refund for Cancelled Trip due to COVID

We have book a trip to Andaman in March and paid for the trip a month ago i.e. in February . Due to the ongoing pandemic and lockdown we had to cancel the trip. I wasn't due to a personal reason and is totally because of the COVID lockdown. We have emailed to the team numerous times and there was no reply since two months.

First few responses were to ask us to wait until the lockdown is lifted and even after the lockdown is lifted no one has ever come back to us even after numerous attempts through mail or through calling.
