[Resolved] Travel Triangle — No refund for International trip cancelled due to covid19 | |||
I had made a booking for two to the maldives through travel triangle website and had made an advance payment of 10900/-. The trip got cancelled due to the covid 19 situation as all international flights were cancelled. They claim that the entire amount is the cancellation fee and i am not eligible for even a single rupee as a refund. I understand the application of the cancellation fee in case the user initiates it. This was not the case here. Was this information helpful? | |||
