[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — non cooperation after trip ended

I booked a trip from agents - sonali and shubham.
Third party - memorable holidays - agent, ashish and varsha.

I got to know 2 days before trip that one of the included sight seeing is unpaid and i will have to pay for it on the site as it's weather dependent. The agent said they will reimburse the amount if weather is good and we take the trip

Now it's been one n half month since the trip ended and all 4 agents are just dodging my calls.
I did not expect this from travel traingle agents.
Once they got their share, they are least bothered of customer satisfaction.
Never booking again with them
