[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — non response of travel triangle for cancellation of tour due to cancellation of flights ticket

We were unable to visit kasmir tour due to bad weather conditions and cancellation of flight ticket. The situation was out of our control. Inspire of continuous follow up, mails, phone calls and submitting the ticket we were unable to get the refund of amount paid. Also no one is answering or helping us with the problem. At the time of booking travel triangle people call us on continuous basis and now at the time of any complaint or refund there is no response. This is really pathetic service. At least give some clarity about refund. No one is ready to answer back to my queries. Revert me asap
