Thanks for the response. I got a call from your POC Arundati today and asking me about my complaint.
Should i as a customer ask her to voice my concerns? I dont know how this information is even getting communicated to her. I was expecting some customer service/Grievance team to give a call and handle this.
She is just arguing and giving justification as to why she cant respond, rather than help customers feel secure with Travel Triangle. I could have given her right back for the way she is responding but thats not my objective.
My current concern is to have a good trip which i currently dont feel secure. I rather have a slightly better rapport with the agent than the Travel Triangle POC who should actually be my one stop destination for my queries and act as our support but here behaves as if we are being given free service.
She says she is loaded with other customers to handle. I understand her workload and would request you to kindly relieve her off, from handling me as an additional customer.
Can i get my POC changed and get someone with whom i can have that trust that, i shall be able contact them when i need them and be able to talk with them better.
Business is all about trust and currently Travel Triangle has let that part down and i hope it will do something to earn that back

No response from Travel Triangle. Thanks for the bad experience. Makes the job easier for us to not choose Travel Triangle next time :)

This is their strategy, they will keep you waiting until your trip start date, they would provide the vouchers on the day or day before your travel date so that you don’t have enough time to discuss with them in case of any discrepancies.
I already faced this issue in Hong Kong where I missed few vouchers from their end and had to pay from my pocket during the trip, so better you plan for a backup for this kind of surprises.
