[Resolved] Travel Triangle — not getting my refund

I had booked a trip to Nepal including muktinath Yatra via flights. The agent Tripathi travels booked flight tickets which were not confirmed till the last moment and hence we cancelled the muktinath Yatra and had to stay back in pokhra.
