Travel Triangle — not received any refund for cancelled trip | |||
I had booked trip to paris and switz with full payment with traveltriangle and memorable hoildays (Noida based) with the full payment of 257000inr. I had cancelled my trip before 48hrs and memorable holidays told refund will get processed very soon It has been more than a 45 days and i still not received any refund. The travel triangle team hardly replies to my email and when they respond they don't give clear picture. Pooja rani who is account manager at traveltriangle she told me 10 days back that the amount will get credited within 7 days. But i have not received any single penny and now she is telling me the airlines did not processed my refund. They keep giving me false information and not providing any clear picture.
