Travel Triangle — Not received refund for my kerala trip in April 2020 booking ID 6745996

I have booked the trip to visit kerala for 21st April 2020 but due to covid and first lockdown, I was not able to visit there.I am chasing travel triangle to issue my refund for that but sometimes they write that they will issue refund sometimes they deny or not respond properly.Its been a more than one year that I am keep on writing emails to them but no help.I have paid partial amount Rs.8333. Booking ID 6745996
