[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — one of the worst travel agency: manipulative agents and this agency is an harassment to the travel & tourism industry

We had requested booking for 6 people out of which 2 people had backed out. The agent named Jyoti from this agency offered us to move into another hotel at the same cost without any cancellation charges. As the date for our travel came near Jyoti kept insisting to move into multiple other accommodation options since she was unable to keep her promise and give us the 2nd option based on which she convinced us to cancel the original hotel booking. Infact to quote she even stated that Traveltriangle is unable to find us accommodation so definitely not a trust worthy Travel agency. Then she created an urgency because we were 2 days away from our travel itinerary and gave us a very good option via whats app and very unprofessionally and without any formal communication gave us a deal almost double the budget that we had been insisting since the beginning. So our fault was that we trusted our Travel Agent Jyoti who had been in touch with us for almost a month to get us a deal in the same budget that we had quoted originally but she managed to get a yes from us via whats app without stating anything verbally about the final offer that she had made to us.
SO THIS IS FOR EVERYBODY TO BE CAUTIOUS AND STAY AWAY FROM SUCH CHEATERS. These are sales techniques to fool customer into saying yes we want this deal when the deal was not what was asked from day 1.

Cherry on cake is that we are travelling tomorrow without any place to stay and the travel agency do not even acknowledge the fact in professional way instead they want to keep the complete amount we have paid them originally which is an amount of 20K.

SERIOUSLY ALL TRAVELERS PLEASE DO NOT USE TRAVEL TRIANGLE FOR MAKING ANY BOOKINGS...or at least do not depend on them to make your trip relaxing because all they can do is to give you incorrect packages, over charge you, treat you like ###, be unprofessional, make what's app groups to formally communicate about your trip, keep changing the hotels for months and ultimately give you a hotel for incorrect dates and the hotel will also be as old as it gets and has rusted metal everywhere through out the hotel from reception till your rooms bathroom...TRAVELTRIANGLE AND ITS SUBSIDARIES WILL ONLY SPOIL YOUR TRIP...also in case if you decide to go with these people be cautious not to take help from JYOTI(AGENT), HER MANAGER( MEENAKSHI), NEHA, HARSHIT & NITESH( THE SO CALLED MANAGEMENT TEAM AT TRAVEL TRIANGLE)...

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We'd like you to note that the dates of the trip were clearly mentioned in the vouchers as well as all forms of earlier communication. Also, the hotel vouchers were shared with you 2 days before the trip. We'd also like you to note that, after mutual agreement, the travel agent provided upgraded property with upgraded rooms so that you do not have to pay the cancellation charges. Just an FYI we had spoken to a lot of people from travel triangle about our package being over charged and we had paid the extra amount you people had added to our original request but guess what you people not only spoiled our trip by the package cost issues...I mean that was not enough that your unprofessional agents Jyoti and Meenakshi also booked us for the incorrect dates...
So we have already paid you 11k above our original request and instead of helping the customers your agents are blaming us and want us to pay nominal charges for another day...our trip on your portal is from 24th till 29th...your agents are so not customer oriented and are money minded because I do not see any other reason for making this mistake plus the hotel that you gave us was definitely not worth being charged 9-10k per person...thanks for making this the worst experience Travel triangle...the credit goes to you the worst etravel agency ever.

Thanks for doing your job and giving me this information though I come in peace with the fact that and your unprofessional organization had spoiled our trip and had zero expectations and I agree that our only fault was that we trusted you people to have processed our request properly...please if you people have even .09% courtesy and feel the need to make customer experiences with you better then do not blame then before doing your research properly.
We asked for quote from 24th till 29th and your so called travel agency(shoes on loose) gave us quotes from 24th till 28th...so v were at fault that v even expected you people to work properly and at least give us what we expected from a name like travel triangle...
Also I was not going to share these images but your reply has forced me to share my experience with all the travellers ...

TO ALL THE TRAVELLERS PLEASE CHECK OUT THESE IMAGES AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF THAT FROM WHICH ANGLE IS THIS AN UPGRADED HOTEL...

Shilpa you have brought the name TRAVEL TRIANGLE to even worst heights than your previous colleagues.

I am hotel management professional with at least 10 years of customer services experience and have never seen such in professionalism from a company that belongs to travel industry. You and your colleagues never had the intention or the will to help us(customers) and were so focused on making money and are still so focused on money that you people are not even admitting the wrong you people had done...at least we are better than you and have agreed the fact that we blindly trusted you and never checked the paper work until it was too late and our trip was already spoiled.
You people should seriously focus on customer experience and get training on professionalism ...which clearly is lacking...

TRAVEL TRIANGLE AND ITS ASSOCIATED TRAVEL AGENCIES had from day one focused on money rather making customer experience better...so Shilpa please do not reply to this post because this post is not for you...it is for the travellers to stay away from the mess your organization colleagues can make of their holidays.
