Thanks for doing your job and giving me this information though I come in peace with the fact that and your unprofessional organization had spoiled our trip and had zero expectations and I agree that our only fault was that we trusted you people to have processed our request properly...please if you people have even .09% courtesy and feel the need to make customer experiences with you better then do not blame then before doing your research properly.
We asked for quote from 24th till 29th and your so called travel agency(shoes on loose) gave us quotes from 24th till 28th...so v were at fault that v even expected you people to work properly and at least give us what we expected from a name like travel triangle...
Also I was not going to share these images but your reply has forced me to share my experience with all the travellers ...
TO ALL THE TRAVELLERS PLEASE CHECK OUT THESE IMAGES AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF THAT FROM WHICH ANGLE IS THIS AN UPGRADED HOTEL...
Shilpa you have brought the name TRAVEL TRIANGLE to even worst heights than your previous colleagues.
I am hotel management professional with at least 10 years of customer services experience and have never seen such in professionalism from a company that belongs to travel industry. You and your colleagues never had the intention or the will to help us(customers) and were so focused on making money and are still so focused on money that you people are not even admitting the wrong you people had done...at least we are better than you and have agreed the fact that we blindly trusted you and never checked the paper work until it was too late and our trip was already spoiled.
You people should seriously focus on customer experience and get training on professionalism ...which clearly is lacking...
TRAVEL TRIANGLE AND ITS ASSOCIATED TRAVEL AGENCIES had from day one focused on money rather making customer experience better...so Shilpa please do not reply to this post because this post is not for you...it is for the travellers to stay away from the mess your organization colleagues can make of their holidays.

Just an FYI we had spoken to a lot of people from travel triangle about our package being over charged and we had paid the extra amount you people had added to our original request but guess what you people not only spoiled our trip by the package cost issues...I mean that was not enough that your unprofessional agents Jyoti and Meenakshi also booked us for the incorrect dates...
So we have already paid you 11k above our original request and instead of helping the customers your agents are blaming us and want us to pay nominal charges for another day...our trip on your portal is from 24th till 29th...your agents are so not customer oriented and are money minded because I do not see any other reason for making this mistake plus the hotel that you gave us was definitely not worth being charged 9-10k per person...thanks for making this the worst experience Travel triangle...the credit goes to you the worst etravel agency ever.
