Travel Triangle — Pathetic hotels and hose boat booking for 1.2lakh travel package

Please check these all pics.. and take action against this travel agent. He is directly cheating, u r just watching? and also u will loose customers and rating. Below issues we faced
1. As per discussion hotel booking is premium but deluxe room booked which equal 1500 cost.
2. No proper itenary guide, where to go and what to cover. We are checking itenary and helping to cab
3. No supportive to change the hotel room instead just escaping and running away.
4. We visited alleppy two times earlier. Basic deluxe boat were very good and clean, well maintained.
5. But check this boat, horrible place to stay. We comprised to stay becase we came here but later found lot of insects, dust and etc..decide cut off and move out.
6. Ac not working, repairing AC evening 7pm same day.
7. No speaker working
8. No cooler working but kept fot show case.

10. I will escalate upper management level as well.
