Travel Triangle — Provided wrong information

Hi, my original booking for Maldives was done somewhere around September'21. Due to COVID it got cancelled by the travel triangle team for which they gave us credit. Now we wanted to go on 25th November and was chasing tabish from past two months via whatsapp, calls etc and was getting continuous assurance that we would go but now at the last minute they say that all the resorts are booked and you cannot go. Because of this now we don't have enough time to book a trip for some other location as well. 25th November is our first anniversary and now just because of travel triangle irresponsible attitude and negligence towards customers sentiments and already paid money.
