Travel Triangle — Refund amount is not processed since last 3 month's | |||
I have booked the thailand land trip package from travel triangle on february 2020 for the trip which was planned on march but unfortunately my trip was cancelled dur to covid-19 outbreak and lockdown was imposed. I tried to reach out the travel traingle team and they said your amount will be processed in 7 days but it is still not processed and they are keep saying the same thing on email. I have all the proofs documented with me and i will take it up to the comsumer court as this company is directly breaking the government norms and testing the patience of the consumer. My trip. I am following your team on mail from last 3 months and always getting the same response.
I have everything quoted and given by your team on mail and it would be enough if i will take legal action as I also run a website and I am aware about all legalities and it would be difficult for your team as well.
I understand that we are in difficult times and so on i waited for last three months but still your team is not picking up the call and updating the exact time.
